I've dealt with Seat Specialists on two occasions. The first time was to order a seat. I had a few questions and I needed some assistance. The representative was knowledgeable and helpful. Ordering was painless and the seat shipped quickly. The second time was nearly two years later to order a part which had failed on the same seat. As it turned out, the part was covered under warranty. The representative emailed a contact with the manufacturer and my part was shipped out the same day, or next day, and was quickly received for installation.

I highly recommend Seat Specialist.
