The Peterbilt 567 is a versatile Class 8 vocational truck that blends rugged durability with modern aerodynamic styling. Designed for both on-highway and severe-duty applications, it replaced the Model 387 as Peterbilt’s “wide-body” conventional, with design elements similar to the Kenworth T700.

The 567 is available with either a 1.9-meter or a 2.1-meter cab, depending on the intended use. The 2.1-meter wide cab offers increased interior space, better visibility, and enhanced comfort, especially in sleeper configurations.

Common Uses:

The Peterbilt 567 is widely used in:

  • Vocational work (dump, mixer, roll-off)
  • Heavy haul
  • Construction and utility
  • Regional and long-haul freight
Its flexibility makes it ideal for operations that require both durability and driver comfort.
  • Configurations:

Day Cab

  • Mid-Roof Sleeper
  • Raised-Roof Sleeper
  • Multiple hood lengths and axle configurations

Seat Compatibility:

The 2.1-meter cab uses a wider seat mounting base, and as such, an adaptor plate is typically required when installing most aftermarket seats. Many seat manufacturers offer 2.1m-specific adaptor kits to ensure a proper fit. The narrower 1.9m cab may accept standard mounts without modification.

When replacing a Gramag seat, your new aftermarket seat will require an adaptor plate that includes tethers.  These seats are in trucks starting in 2013
