Aftermarket Seat Compatibility

The Peterbilt 579 uses a wide cab bolt pattern similar to other Peterbilt wide-body trucks: 6" x 12" bolt pattern

Many aftermarket seats fit with either direct bolt-in or with a specific adaptor plate due to the wider bolt pattern

Installation Notes

• Check for seat height clearance with raised roof sleepers
• Verify wiring harness compatibility if replacing powered or heated seats
• Always confirm adaptor use when switching from narrower cab bolt patterns (like the older 4.65" x 12")
